Deli Santa Maria - Middle Eastern and Levantine Kitchen, Santa Maria del Cami, Mallorca
We're a small family-run Middle Eastern and Levantine kitchen in Santa Maria del Cami, approximately 15 minutes by car from Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI). We cook the food we grew up loving - fresh every day, open kitchen, a lot of the produce from our own farm and the rest from local suppliers nearby.
About 80% of what we make is vegetarian and vegan. We do meat and chicken too. That matters to us because we're a couple who eat differently - she is vegan, he is a meat lover - and we wanted to build a place where a whole table of friends could sit down together and everyone eats well. That's the real idea behind Deli Santa Maria.
Our signature dish is the Meze Balagan (our meze platter) - a big sharing board with a bit of everything. We also do falafel, hummus, shakshuka, sabich, and a different daily plate every day. Homemade cakes too, including a sweet potato brownie with tahini ice cream.
We're open for breakfast, brunch and lunch year-round. Dinners in summer. Good coffee any time. Takeaway always. We also do food for events - food only, no table service.
Where to find us: Carrer de l'Església 13, right next to the church in Santa Maria del Cami. We're about 10 to 15 minutes from Alaró, Binissalem, Consell and Santa Eugènia. Just minutes from the Santa Maria Sunday market and the Binissalem wineries. Cyclists know us well - we're a good stop on a lot of routes around this part of Mallorca.
