Finding good vegan food in Mallorca outside of Palma is not easy. Most countryside restaurants serve traditional Mallorcan food — meat, seafood, sobrasada. But in Santa María del Camí, just 15 minutes from Palma, Deli Santa Maria has been quietly building one of the best vegan menus on the island since January 2022.

 

We did not add a few vegan options as an afterthought. Our kitchen was built around fresh, plant-based Mediterranean and Middle Eastern food from day one. Hummus, muhammara, labneh, shakshuka, falafel, tabbouleh, roasted vegetables, homemade granola, avocado toast — everything made from scratch, every morning, with local km0 ingredients from Mallorca.
