We're a small, family-run Middle Eastern and Levantine kitchen in the middle of Santa Maria del Cami, near Palma. Everything is made fresh through the day with local KM0 ingredients, a lot of it from our own farm and the rest from local suppliers nearby. Our signature is the Meze Balagan, a Middle Eastern sharing platter.
We met, travelled, ate our way around the world, and somewhere along the way decided to build our home here in Mallorca with our kids.
One of us is vegan, the other is a serious meat lover,
so this place had to work for both.
That's really what Deli Santa Maria is:
two food worlds on one table.
We grow what we can on our own farm and buy the rest from people nearby, because the produce on this island is honestly that good.
