Goed veganistisch eten vinden op Mallorca buiten Palma is niet eenvoudig. De meeste plattelandsrestaurants serveren traditionele Mallorcaanse keuken. Maar in Santa María del Camí, slechts 15 minuten van Palma, heeft Deli Santa Maria sinds januari 2022 een van de beste veganistische menu's van het eiland opgebouwd.

We hebben veganistische opties niet achteraf toegevoegd. Onze keuken was vanaf dag één gebouwd rondom verse, plantaardige mediterrane en Midden-Oosterse gerechten. Alles wordt elke ochtend van scratch gemaakt met lokale km0-ingrediënten van Mallorca.

Trouver de bonne nourriture végane à Majorque en dehors de Palma n'est pas facile. La plupart des restaurants de campagne servent la cuisine traditionnelle majorquine. Mais à Santa María del Camí, à seulement 15 minutes de Palma, Deli Santa Maria a construit depuis janvier 2022 l'un des meilleurs menus végans de l'île.

Nous n'avons pas ajouté des options véganes en afterthought. Notre cuisine a été construite dès le premier jour autour d'une nourriture méditerranéenne et moyen-orientale fraîche et végétale. Tout est préparé de zéro chaque matin avec des ingrédients locaux km0 de Majorque.

Trovare buon cibo vegano a Maiorca fuori da Palma non è facile. La maggior parte dei ristoranti di campagna serve cucina maiorchina tradizionale. Ma a Santa María del Camí, a soli 15 minuti da Palma, Deli Santa Maria ha costruito dal gennaio 2022 uno dei migliori menu vegani dell'isola.

Non abbiamo aggiunto opzioni vegane come ripensamento. La nostra cucina è stata costruita fin dal primo giorno attorno a cibo mediterraneo e mediorientale fresco e vegetale. Tutto è preparato da zero ogni mattina con ingredienti locali km0 di Maiorca.
