A Levantine Kitchen in Santa Maria del Camí

A family-run Levantine and Middle Eastern kitchen in the centre of Santa Maria del Camí.

We cook the food our family grew up with: hummus from dried chickpeas, falafel ground and fried to order, shakshuka simmered slowly each morning. The recipes carry influences from Lebanon, Syria, Egypt, Turkey, Greece and Morocco, with a schnitzel that nods to the German side of the family, and Mallorcan produce wherever the season allows.

ON YOUR WAY ACROSS THE ISLAND

Santa Maria del Camí sits in the middle of Mallorca, which makes us an easy stop wherever you are headed.

On the way to the beach? Takeaway that holds up in a beach bag: dips in sealed jars, falafel packed so it stays crisp.

Coming back from the north? Break the trip with a slow coffee and something fresh on the terrace.

To or from the airport? We are fifteen minutes away: a better first or last taste of Mallorca than terminal food.

Riding or hiking? We sit at the foot of the Tramuntana, on the Pla cycling routes, in the middle of the Binissalem wine country. This is where people refuel.

WHAT WE CARE ABOUT

Fresh every morning: hummus starts as dried chickpeas soaked overnight, falafel is ground and fried to order, nothing waits around.

KM0 where possible: we buy from Mallorcan producers when the season allows.

Around 80 percent of the menu is vegetarian or vegan by nature, not compromise.

A warm room, good music, and a table where everyone reaches for the middle.
